Karlshochschule International University is private non-profit university of applied sciences located in the city of Karlsrule. Established in 1903 the university nowadays is a home for more than 650 students.
Karlshochschule International University trains specialists in a fields of international business and intercultural communications. The university offers a big variety of courses to domestic and international students. All degree programs are accredited by Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) and the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts in Baden-Württemberg. The courses meet the highest educational standards. Every lecturer knows his or her students personally and supports them individually.
The university attracts many foreign students every year. For people who finished school in another country and want to apply for bachelor studies university offers Studienkolleg (foundation year) program – preparatory course comprises English and German language training, German cultural studies, mathematics and foundations in economics and business administration. The university has over 100 agreements with partner institutions of higher education (among them University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia). Karlshochschule International University runs a number of academic mobility programs (and what is most important – Erasmus and other exchange students do not have to pay tuition fees).
